06.03.2019 в 14:27Почитала отзывы в твиттерах тех, кто был вчера. Про Тома сплошной эмейзинг, бьютифул, бриллиант. Про Кокса пишут, что очень хорошо играл. Про Эштон вообще ничего не нашла. Хорошо ли играл Том - не нашла. Народу, наверное, не важно, как играл, главное, что бьютифул))

06.03.2019 в 17:04Tom was the first cast member announced, but we actually have Zawe to thank for the play coming together. After they performed a scene from Betrayal during the Happy Birthday, Harold Gala in October 2018 she lobbied the producers to make it happen for real:
"We had about 15 minutes rehearsal. we had such a lovely time and people kept coming up afterwards asking if we were in rehearsals. That was never the plan but by the end of the night, I was asking the producers, 'Why aren't we doing this? Should we be doing this?'"
Based on the rave reviews that the play has received I'm gonna say Tom managed just fine! When I spoke to Christopher McGill after the teaser video was released he said that we should expect something different from Jamie Lloyd's direction of the play. There are definitely some key changes such as the children being featured and the time period. I saw Daniel Craig perform the role of Robert in Betrayal in New York several years ago. That production made the play a lot more sexual, with a raunchy style humor. For Tom, Jamie made Robert more emotional (both outwardly and inwardly) and I'm told the humor is more sarcastic. All of the actors stayed on stage for the entire performance, even for scenes in which they were not featured. »

She didn’t have the ticket yesterday so she just stayed out of line and observed. According to her, he got wet slowly as it rained more but still gave autographs calmly under the rain. He also did small talks when people asked him qs. One wanna-be-actor male fan asked his advice for audition, and Tom looked at the guy straight and said, don’t be obssessed with the idea of being too perfect (?). He did his very best last night.»

07.03.2019 в 16:47So, since I had desperately wanted to know about this and there must be those like me out there, I’d like to share with you what I observed tonight. I went to Betrayal on the second night (Mar 6th). I saw from tweets on the opening night that there was a huge crowd outside stage door, and they have made quite a bit of change to the arrangement tonight. Keep in mind it might not be the same by the time of your night (and I hope people could keep updating for the benefit of fellow Hiddlestoners).
Where was the stage door?
It’s fairly easy to spot. On the far end of the wall where the Royal Circle entrance is (turn right from the main entrance if you are exiting). Big bold words saying Stage Door.
How long did it take for Hiddles and the others to come out?
Very quick, actually. About 10-15 mins after the show ended.
How was the arrangement like?
There was a queue going from the stage door extending to the corner of the street after the show. There was a metal barrier at the very front of the queue and Tom and the others would stay behind it. Each person goes up one by one and get their autograph/ selfie with Tom. Could then do the same with Charlie and Zawe. I think you could have maybe 10 to 20 seconds with Tom? Depending on circumstance. But it was a decent amount of time as the people behind knew they would get their turn soon and wouldn’t push.
What were people able to get?
An autograph and a selfie seems the most common combination.
How long did they stay?
Around 10 minutes. There was no way they could go through the whole queue (which was never-ending) so security would call it off at some point.
If I was too late and the queue looked too long to join, what could I do?
Worst come to worst, you could still stand on the opposite side of the street. You could probably still get a good view of Tom and take pictures of him from there.»
